Do you work through delivery platforms?

Platforms like Uber, Pedidos Ya or others.

 

By working exclusively with real chocolate, our chocolates tend to be more susceptible to sudden changes in temperature and humidity; it is because of that la correcta manipulación y entrega de nuestros productos es clave para recibirlos en óptimas condiciones. Actualmente no trabajamos de forma directa con ninguna plataforma de entrega, sin embargo nuestros clientes tienen la opción de, previa coordinación de su pedido: enviar ellos mismos un Uber Flash o mensajero de confianza, o bien, retirar el producto en nuestra Chocolatería.

 

If you want a same day order, lo ideal es consultar la disponibilidad de los productos que deseas y posteriormente elegir la forma de retiro del producto.

 

Cabe recalcar que al momento de la entrega de los productos, la garantía de calidad acaba en el momento en el que los chocolates están en poder de una tercera persona; no obstante a ésta le daremos todas las pautas para su cuidado óptimo. Esto orientado a problemas por mala manipulación de los chocolates posterior a la entrega.

How should I take care of my Bonbons?

In order for your chocolates to remain perfect, you must…

 

Avoid tipping the box in which they come so that they do not scratch or hurt.

 

• Try to keep them at a temperature below 25°C and in a dry place.

 

• If you are not going to consume them immediately, you can put them in the fridge in an airtight container to prevent transfer of odors or excessive moisture.

 

 If you have refrigerated them, be sure to take them out about 15 minutes before, at room temperature, to prevent them from being very hard from the cold.

 

• Our chocolates are made fresh every week, despite their useful life at room temperature (less than 25°C) it is 4 to 6 weeks, in the refrigerator it is twice as long.
